Erica brings over 15 years of experience helping attorneys and employers make critical hiring and career decisions. Her multifaceted background in legal recruiting includes experience as a practicing attorney who made a lateral move herself, a legal recruiter, and a senior law firm leader responsible for nationwide recruiting and growth strategy.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, Erica began her career as a litigation associate at two top firms in New York City. She later transitioned into legal recruiting, where she placed attorneys in law firm, in-house, and compliance roles, while also advising employers on talent strategy.

Most recently, she spent nearly a decade leading recruiting efforts at nationally recognized Am Law 100 and 200 firms. She has designed firmwide hiring strategies, led partner and group acquisitions, analyzed compensation structures, and driven long-term growth initiatives. Partnering closely with firm leadership, she has helped spearhead strategic and accretive expansion across the Am Law.
